This course is targeted at delegates that would like an overview of both Lean and Six Sigma core principles. Delegates will then decide whether to go the Six Sigma route or the Lean route.

Change Management
Define Phase - VOC, SIPOC, Process Map, CCR
Measure Phase - Indicators, Data, Examples, MSA
Analyze Phase - Statistics, Ishikawa, C&E, Root Causes
Improve Phase - Evaluation & Selection, To be Process Map, Presentation
Control Phase - Scheduling, RACI, PCS & Documentation
Lean - Kaizen, RIW, Spaghetti Map, VSM, 5S, 8 Waste
